At the Baseline Chiropractic Clinic, we provide advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Our services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.

We will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
Biography: Samantha Sturdy, B.A., R.M.T.
Samantha has mastered the massage techniques patients seek for the relief of severe muscles and joint soreness. Her comprehensive approach to massage therapy ensures that patients seeking short-term pain relief for headaches or chronic pain and those requiring long-term care for surgical scars, sports injuries or the adverse consequences of a stroke, Parkinson's or Bell's Palsy always receive holistic care.
Experienced and familiar with the needs of pregnant women, newborns, elite athletes, seniors, and with special needs individuals, Samantha will use a variety of massage techniques, stretching and strengthening exercises to assist patients reach their health care goals.
These techniques include Swedish massage, Diaphragmatic breathing, manual lymph drainage, and myofascial trigger point, direct fascial, and low velocity joint mobilizations.
Samantha Sturdy. Samantha is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO) and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists' Association (CMTO).
Rates for Massage Therapy:
- 30 Minute Massage: $75
- 45 Minute Massage: $90
- 60 Minute Massage: $110
- 75 Minute Massage: $130
- 90 Minute Massage: $150
